New office building comprising of 6 floors and 3 basements, with a total covered surface area of 9700m² built in Paleo Faliro, Athens. The new building has been built and successfully connected to the existing twin building already found on the same plot of land to cater for the additional needs in offices spaces of the large shipping company that owns the buildings.
