The Kosma Politi’s House was granted for use to the Municipality of Psychiko as town hall. It is considered as a preservable historical building of the early 20th century. It was fully restores and reconstructed. The executed works included internal, external and surroumding landscape renovation, structural restoration and construction of a new underground wing extension as well as completely new electromechanical installations. (1990-1992).
