Full restoration and reformation of an early 20th century industrial complex into a modern theater and cultural center. The executed works include internal, external and surrounding landscape renovation, structural restoration as well as fully new electromechanical installations (including thw special theatrical installations) in a total area of approximately 5000m² (1997-2000).
